West Coast Building Solutions Inc. is a family owned and operated contracting company that was established in 2010. We currently hold three different California state construction licenses, allowing us to take on any project, big or small.

Our founder, Damian Magana, brought along 20+ years of flooring and general construction experience when forming West Coast. Damian has been working in the construction trade since 1986, when he started working with a local home repair company. He began doing a wide variety of work, including everything from room additions, flooring, cabinets, drywall, electrical, plumbing, roofing, stucco etc., the list went on and on.

 

After working with that same company for over a decade, Damian decided to venture out on his own, forming his first business, Magana Flooring. He and his crew became masters of flooring installation, specializing in custom residential flooring as well as large corporate flooring projects. Years later, wanting to be a true “one-stop-shop” for complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, he would obtain two more construction licenses.

 

With these new licenses, but many of the same original workers that started with him at his first company, West Coast Building Solutions was created.

 

Now, at almost 10 years of WC Building Solutions, we’re proud to say we bring the same level of enthusiasm for our projects, as our founder did back when he first started.
